Eric J. Moore

Attorney Moore has a Bachelor's Degree from Oberlin College and received his Juris Doctor (law degree) from the University of Akron School of Law, where he was an early graduate. Mr. Moore is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Akron Bar Association, The American Bar Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys. Mr. Moore has also served as the past president of the Telephone Consumer Protection Bar Association. Mr. Moore has served as a Mayor’s Court Magistrate for the Cities of Seven Hills and Village of Boston Heights for over a decade. Attorney Moore is also a member of the Board of Directors for several corporation, including University Hospitals Parma Medical Center.

Mr. Moore has been involved in all levels of trial and appellate practice. He has appeared in the common pleas courts of Cuyahoga, Lorain, Portage, Summit, Stark, Tuscarawas, Lake, Carroll, Medina, and Wayne counties. He has successfully argued cases before the Fifth, Eighth, and Ninth District Courts of Appeals and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Moore has been in private practice since 1995, handling many cases for injured people. Prior to private practice, Mr. Moore worked for the law firm of Bevan and Economus. Mr. Moore continues to provide successful representation for injured persons in cases involving automobile accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, sexual harassment, animal attacks, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, consumer violations, and premises liability.
